SWEAT440 is a boutique fitness franchise offering fast, flexible workouts. Members can join 40-minute classes that start every 10 minutes. The program combines HIIT, strength, and mobility training across four dynamic stations. It’s designed for busy people who want efficient, high-intensity results.
The franchise was founded in 2018 in Miami Beach, Florida, by Matt Miller and Cody Patrick. Its headquarters are located in Miami Beach. The company officially began franchising in 2019 after opening its first flagship studios. SWEAT440 quickly gained attention for its unique “Flex-Time” model.
Each SWEAT440 studio offers memberships and class packages. The brand stands out for its every-10-minute class schedule, which gives members maximum flexibility. Its technology-driven system with virtual trainers and automated check-ins improves efficiency and reduces labor costs.
SWEAT440 appeals to both fitness enthusiasts and investors. Its semi-absentee ownership model and strong market demand make it a scalable opportunity. With a proven business concept and modern fitness approach, SWEAT440 continues to expand in the fast-growing boutique fitness industry.
Here's what you would need to invest if you were to start this franchise. These costs are provided by the franchisor in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
SWEAT440 provides a structured and multi-stage training program for franchisees, Studio Managers, and staff to ensure consistent operation and service quality across its locations.
SWEAT440 provides franchisees with a Protected Territory once they secure a lease for their authorized studio location. This territory is typically the lesser of a 3-mile radius or an area covering 50,000 people.
Within this defined zone, SWEAT440 will not authorize or operate another studio during the agreement term, as long as the franchisee remains compliant. However, this protection is not fully exclusive.
The Franchisor reserves the right to sell memberships, merchandise, or services outside the Protected Territory through online platforms, wholesale, or other channels.
