Training

SWEAT440 provides a structured and multi-stage training program for franchisees, Studio Managers, and staff to ensure consistent operation and service quality across its locations.

  1. Pre-Training Program
Before attending in-person sessions, the franchisee (or Operating Principal) and Studio Manager must complete pre-training courses. These courses are provided online or through the Operations Manual and are required for all participants.
  2. Initial Training Program
Conducted before studio opening, this training lasts 3 to 5 days and is held at SWEAT440’s Miami headquarters or other designated locations. It includes classroom instruction, hands-on training, and operational guidance. Attendees are responsible for travel and accommodation costs.
  3. On-Site Opening Support
Franchisees receive up to five days of on-site assistance during the studio launch phase. This includes help with setup, operations, and initial execution of studio activities.
  4. Supplemental and Refresher Training
Each year, the franchisee and Studio Manager must attend up to five days of additional training. This ensures they stay updated on system changes and best practices.

Territory Protection

SWEAT440 provides franchisees with a Protected Territory once they secure a lease for their authorized studio location. This territory is typically the lesser of a 3-mile radius or an area covering 50,000 people.

Within this defined zone, SWEAT440 will not authorize or operate another studio during the agreement term, as long as the franchisee remains compliant. However, this protection is not fully exclusive.

The Franchisor reserves the right to sell memberships, merchandise, or services outside the Protected Territory through online platforms, wholesale, or other channels.
