Ritual Hot Yoga is a boutique fitness franchise offering a luxurious, all-inclusive yoga experience. Founded in 2015 by Lindsey Kaalberg, the first studio opened in San Francisco, California. The company is now headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
Ritual began franchising in 2019, expanding its unique approach to yoga across the United States. The franchise specializes in heated yoga classes that blend breath, movement, and music in a curated, immersive environment.
Each class is led by two instructors, providing personalized guidance to every participant. Studios supply all necessary amenities, including mats, towels, and post-class refreshments, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.
What sets Ritual Hot Yoga apart is its commitment to consistency and quality. Every session is designed to create a meditative and transformative experience.
Here's what you would need to invest if you were to start this franchise. These costs are provided by the franchisor in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
Ritual Hot Yoga provides comprehensive training for franchisees as part of its franchise support. Here is a numbered breakdown of the training programs offered by the franchisor:
Ritual Hot Yoga provides territory protection to its franchisees through what it defines as a “Designated Territory.” This territory is established around the specific approved studio location, known as the “Authorized Location,” and offers certain protected rights.
The franchisor commits that neither it nor its affiliates will open or authorize another Ritual Hot Yoga studio using the brand's marks and system within that Designated Territory while the franchisee remains in compliance with the agreement.
However, this protection is not exclusive. Franchisees may still face competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other brands controlled by Ritual Hot Yoga outside of their designated area.
