Training

Ritual Hot Yoga provides comprehensive training for franchisees as part of its franchise support. Here is a numbered breakdown of the training programs offered by the franchisor:

  1. Initial Training Program: Within 30 to 60 days before opening a studio, Ritual Hot Yoga offers a training program for the franchisee, their manager, and up to three teachers. This program is mandatory and participants must successfully complete it. The franchisee is responsible for travel, accommodation, and other expenses.
  2. Teacher Training Program: This specialized training is for the initial and replacement yoga instructors. It ensures that all teachers are aligned with the Ritual Hot Yoga methodology and quality standards.
  3. Manager Training Program: New and replacement studio managers are offered dedicated training to understand the operations, customer service standards, and administrative procedures.
  4. Ongoing Training: Franchisees and their personnel may request additional training. This includes follow-up programs and refreshers tailored to new staff. Associated costs, including training fees and travel, are the responsibility of the franchisee.

Territory Protection

Ritual Hot Yoga provides territory protection to its franchisees through what it defines as a “Designated Territory.” This territory is established around the specific approved studio location, known as the “Authorized Location,” and offers certain protected rights.

The franchisor commits that neither it nor its affiliates will open or authorize another Ritual Hot Yoga studio using the brand's marks and system within that Designated Territory while the franchisee remains in compliance with the agreement.

However, this protection is not exclusive. Franchisees may still face competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other brands controlled by Ritual Hot Yoga outside of their designated area.
