EMS To You is a modern mobile fitness franchise that delivers electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) training directly to clients. The concept focuses on efficient, full-body workouts completed in about 20 minutes using advanced EMS technology.
Sessions are led by certified trainers and customized for each client’s goals, including strength training, weight loss, recovery, and general wellness. The service is designed for busy professionals, athletes, and individuals seeking time-efficient fitness solutions.
Founded in 2024, EMS To You entered the franchising market in 2025. The brand is headquartered in the United States and is expanding through a mobile, territory-based franchise model. The company supports franchisees with structured onboarding, operational systems, and brand standards designed for scalable growth. Its early expansion reflects increasing demand for flexible and personalized fitness services.
EMS To You sells mobile EMS personal training services rather than traditional gym memberships. Trainers travel to clients’ homes, offices, or preferred locations with professional EMS equipment. This eliminates the need for brick-and-mortar studios and reduces overhead costs for franchise owners. The mobile approach also increases convenience for clients who prefer private, one-on-one training.

EMS To You provides a structured training program for its franchisees that includes both initial and ongoing components designed to ensure operational readiness and compliance with brand standards:
Initial Training Program: Before launching operations, the franchisee or their designated Operations Manager must attend and satisfactorily complete the Initial Training Program. This includes up to 16 hours of classroom instruction over two business days at EMS To You’s facilities in Lakewood, Colorado (or another designated location) and up to eight hours of on-the-job training at an EMS To You business. The program is tuition-free for the franchisee and one additional person, but the franchisee is responsible for all travel, lodging, and related expenses.
Additional Training: EMS To You may require additional training at any time during the term of the agreement, or grant it upon reasonable request. Such training is held at a location chosen by EMS To You, with the franchisee bearing all travel, lodging, and associated fees.
Mandatory Seminars and Meetings: The franchisor may hold up to two mandatory seminars, conventions, or development programs annually, for which attendance is required. While there is no tuition for these sessions, the franchisee may be required to share in the costs of holding the event, including facilities, materials, and related expenses.
Territory Protection
EMS To You provides franchisees with a designated Protected Territory where no other EMS To You franchise or company unit will operate under the same brand. This protection remains as long as the franchisee complies with the agreement. However, the franchisor may operate other businesses under different names in or outside this area.
Territory rights are not exclusive. EMS To You can allow temporary access to other franchisees if parts of the territory are unserviced. Franchisees must get written approval to market outside their territory and risk losing revenue from those clients if done without permission.
