Oxygen Yoga & Fitness offers a comprehensive and tiered training program to ensure franchisees and their staff are fully prepared to operate their facilities according to brand standards. The training structure includes both pre-opening education and ongoing support, tailored for owners, managers, and instructors.
Initial Training Program: Franchisees (or their managing owner) and the General Manager must complete this five-week program, which includes sales and operations training and four days of on-site support during the facility's opening phase. It combines classroom instruction, online modules, and hands-on experience.
Senior Instructor Training Program: Franchisees must maintain a staff of at least ten certified Senior Instructors who complete this program. These instructors are the only ones permitted to teach classes, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
Operations Manual Access: Franchisees receive access to a comprehensive Operations Manual that supports day-to-day operations and serves as the foundation for all training activities.
Ongoing and Remedial Training: The franchisor may require attendance at ongoing or refresher courses, including in-person or online sessions, not exceeding ten days per year. Remedial training can also be mandated for franchisees not operating to brand standards, with associated fees.
Staff and Manager Training: All facility staff must be trained per system standards, and any new General Managers must complete initial and ongoing training within 30 days of appointment.
Territory Protection
Oxygen Yoga & Fitness grants franchisees a defined geographic Territory described in the Franchise Agreement, within which no other franchise under the same brand will be established, provided the franchisee complies fully with the agreement.
The franchisor determines the Territory’s size and boundaries at its sole discretion, and franchisees are required to operate solely within the approved premises in that Territory. However, the franchisor may still conduct various activities within or near the Territory without breaching exclusivity.
The franchisor and its affiliates retain extensive rights to operate similar or competing businesses under other trademarks, market through alternative channels like online sales and telemarketing, and engage with national, regional, and institutional clients—even within the franchisee’s Territory.
