Fly Dance Fitness offers a structured training program to ensure that franchisees are fully prepared to operate their studios in line with brand standards:
Initial Training Program: Franchisees must send at least one Key Person and one manager or employee to attend a four-day Initial Training Program in Sarasota, Florida, or another designated location. This training includes both on-the-job instruction and classroom sessions, and participants must complete the training to the franchisor's satisfaction. Up to four individuals may attend at no additional cost beyond travel and lodging, which are the franchisee's responsibility.
