Training

The franchise PrideStaff delivers a detailed and multi-level training program to ensure franchisees and their teams are well-prepared to operate their office effectively. Here are the key training programs provided:

  1. Initial Training – 212° Program
This foundational training is mandatory for all “Required Trainees” and includes critical subjects such as sales, marketing, recruiting, client development, pricing, placement, and billing. It comprises 40 hours of virtual classroom training. Completion is mandatory, and failure to meet standards may result in franchise termination.
  2. GAR Program Training
This specialized training is required for participation in the G.A. Rogers and Associates direct hire program. It covers topics like client acquisition, candidate recruitment, and job order management. The program is delivered virtually by PrideStaff trainers and supplemented by Learning Management System courses.
  3. Additional and Refresher Training
PrideStaff may periodically require attendance at additional training programs which may be mandatory or optional. These sessions may be in-person, recorded, or delivered via webinar, and include refresher courses every five years. Franchisees bear all associated travel and living expenses.

Territory Protection

PrideStaff provides its franchisees with exclusive territorial rights. Each franchisee is assigned a Territory—defined in the agreement—that generally contains between 50,000 and 200,000 employees, with the exact area determined based on market conditions and agreed upon before signing.

Within this Territory, PrideStaff agrees not to authorize or operate another office, nor permit others to solicit or perform staffing services, provided the franchisee remains in good standing.

Despite this protection, the exclusivity has boundaries. Franchisees cannot solicit or serve clients outside their Territory without written permission, and they are also restricted from operating multiple offices in their Territory without prior approval.
