Global Recruiters Network (GRN) provides a comprehensive training structure for its franchisees to ensure successful operation of their permanent placement service businesses.
Global Recruiters Network (GRN) offers its franchisees territory protection under specific terms. Each franchisee is assigned a designated territory upon signing the Franchise Agreement, which is formally defined and approved by GRN.
Franchisees are not permitted to operate an office or conduct business outside their assigned territory without written approval from GRN. This territorial protection, however, is not absolute. GRN retains the right to approve multiple offices within a franchisee’s territory, provided they are controlled by the same franchisee.
Moreover, the franchisee must transition from operating in a private dwelling to a commercial premises within 24 months of completing the Initial Training Program, ensuring professional representation within the granted territory.
