Founded in 2010 by healthcare recruitment expert Nadia Gruzd, All Med Search has emerged as a leading force in the U.S. healthcare staffing industry.
Headquartered in San Diego, California, the company specializes in permanent placement services, connecting healthcare professionals—ranging from registered nurses and allied health workers to physicians and executives—with hospitals and medical facilities across the nation.
Recognizing the growing demand for skilled medical personnel, All Med Search began franchising its proven business model in 2019, offering entrepreneurs an opportunity to enter the recession-resistant healthcare sector with a robust support system.
All Med Search offers three distinct franchise models tailored to specific segments of the healthcare industry: All Med Search for executive, nursing, pharmacy, and allied health placements; All Med Practitioners Search for physicians and mid-level practitioners; and All Med Financial and Sales Search for roles in medical coding, IT, administration, and sales.
Here's what you would need to invest if you were to start this franchise. These costs are provided by the franchisor in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
All Medsearch provides an extensive training program designed to equip franchisees and their teams with the knowledge and skills needed to operate the business successfully. The training includes multiple components aimed at onboarding, continuous development, and compliance.
All Medsearch grants franchisees an exclusive territory, typically with a population between 4 to 9 million. While in compliance, franchisees have sole rights to operate under the All Medsearch brand within that area, and no other franchises under the same brand will be allowed there.
However, this exclusivity is conditional. If performance minimums aren't met, such as candidate placements or sales, the exclusivity can be revoked. The franchisor also retains rights to operate other brands or solicit national accounts within the territory.
