Jomsom Staffing Services provides a multi-tiered training program to ensure its franchisees and their teams are well-prepared to operate in line with system standards. The training spans classroom instruction, optional on-site sessions, and refresher programs.
Initial Training Program: Franchisees, including the Managing Owner and two designated managers, must complete the franchisor’s initial training before opening. This program includes classroom sessions at designated facilities and may also be delivered via online conferencing. Topics range from business operations to human resources and pre-opening obligations.
Supplemental Training: If requested by the franchisee or deemed necessary by the franchisor, supplemental training is offered either remotely or on-site. It includes an additional fee of $300 per trainer per day, plus travel expenses. This is often required if a franchisee hires a new Operating Manager or fails to meet operational standards.
System-Wide Training: After launch, the franchisor may require the Managing Owner or other personnel to attend broader system-wide training programs. These sessions are held at franchisor-designated locations and are aimed at reinforcing uniformity across the franchise network.
Territory Protection
