   Franchisees attend a five-day training program at HireQuest’s corporate headquarters, where they learn about key topics such as daily operations, sales, recruiting, payroll, risk management, and compliance. This training lays the foundation for successfully managing a HireQuest franchise.
2. On-Site Training and Opening Support
   HireQuest provides on-site assistance at the franchisee’s location during the initial opening period. This hands-on support helps ensure that the new office launches smoothly and that the franchisee and staff are comfortable applying the systems and processes.
3. Ongoing Training and Development
   Franchisees have access to ongoing training programs, including refresher courses, regional meetings, and updates on industry best practices. HireQuest also provides continuous operational support to help franchisees grow their business and stay competitive in the staffing industry.

Territory Protection

HireQuest offers its franchisees a protected territory to help safeguard their business interests and minimize direct competition from other franchisees. The protected territory is typically defined in the franchise agreement and is based on geographic and market factors such as population size and local demand.

This protection ensures that each franchisee has a fair opportunity to develop their market without overlap from another HireQuest location.

The franchisor generally commits not to place another traditional HireQuest office within the designated territory. However, franchisees should note that the territory protection may not apply to certain national accounts or specialized services that the franchisor manages directly.
