Training

Dimensional Search provides a comprehensive training program designed to prepare franchisees for all aspects of business operation. The training is delivered in multiple phases and formats:

  1. Facilitated Foundational Training (Start-Up Phase): This includes 43 hours of online and telephone training covering technology tools, sales development, market mastery, and CRM systems. It also involves preparing business accounts, insurance, business plans, and goal setting.
  2. Facilitated Foundation Training Program: This 47-hour trainer-led course spans five weeks and is conducted via 14 live webinars. It provides immersive search training, business setup guidance, and practical exercises, all within a participative video-based classroom.
  3. Advanced Coaching: Franchisees receive at least 40 hours of one-on-one coaching within the first 12 months. These sessions focus on business growth, market development, recruiting, and operational best practices.
  4. Ongoing Support and Mastermind Sessions: After opening, franchisees attend weekday morning training sessions and monthly mastermind groups. These reinforce best practices in technology use, marketing, and client engagement.

Territory Protection

Dimensional Search grants franchisees a defined territory, typically a one-quarter mile radius from the approved office location. This territory is meant to offer a distinct business identity within the Sanford Rose Associates network and to prevent overlapping branding in close proximity.

While the franchisor agrees not to establish or license another Dimensional Search office within the assigned area, this does not restrict other offices from conducting business there via phone, email, or digital means.

The protection is limited to preventing physical office placement, not client interaction by other units operating remotely. Franchisees must notify the franchisor of any planned office relocations within their territory, and must obtain approval to move or expand beyond it.
