Training

Yoga Six provides a comprehensive range of training programs for its franchisees. These include:

  1. Initial Training Program: Franchisees and their designated managers are required to attend this program, which covers operational and management training at Yoga Six's corporate headquarters or another designated facility. It ensures foundational knowledge for running the franchise.
  2. Teacher Training Facilitator Training Program: This program is essential for instructors who wish to provide yoga instruction or other approved services. It ensures that trainers meet Yoga Six's high standards and are eligible to conduct classes effectively.
  3. Ongoing and Refresher Training: Franchisees and management personnel may be required to attend up to five days of additional or refresher training annually, conducted at a designated facility. This training helps maintain consistency and quality in operations.

Territory Protection

Yoga Six offers territory protection to its franchisees under specific conditions. The franchisor designates a "Designated Territory" for each franchisee, within which Yoga Six will not operate or grant another license for a competing studio, provided the franchisee complies with all terms of the agreement.

This ensures franchisees have exclusive rights to operate within their territory, fostering a competitive advantage in that area. However, the protection has limitations. Yoga Six reserves the right to modify the boundaries of the Designated Territory under certain circumstances, such as studio relocation or territory population changes.

Additionally, the franchisor retains rights to engage in activities outside the specific terms of the agreement, such as opening other Yoga Six studios or marketing products outside the protected territory.
