Training 

Wayback Burgers offers a comprehensive initial training program for franchisees and their designated managers.

Initial Training Program

This program includes both classroom instruction and on-the-job training, covering essential aspects of operating a Wayback Burgers franchise, such as introduction, administration, and accounting. The training takes place in Cheshire, Connecticut, or another location selected by the franchisor, typically around eight weeks before the franchise opens. Successful completion of this program is mandatory.

Subsequent Employee Training

The franchisor may require that any subsequent employees in management positions, or other roles deemed necessary, also attend and complete the franchisor's training programs. This ensures that all staff members are fully prepared to uphold the franchise's standards.

Additional Training Programs

Franchisees, along with their managers, assistant managers, or other designated staff, are required to participate in additional courses, seminars, and training sessions as reasonably required by the franchisor. These programs are designed to keep the franchise team updated on new procedures, products, and operational standards.

Territory Protection

Wayback Burgers does not provide exclusive territory rights under the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees may encounter competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other distribution channels and competitive brands managed by Wayback Burgers.

There are no limitations on Wayback Burgers soliciting or accepting orders from any location, and franchisees are not entitled to compensation for sales made outside their designated territory. This means franchisees should be prepared for potential internal competition, as there are no territorial exclusivity protections in place.
