Initial Training Program: This tuition-free training covers customer service, operations, financial management, software use, and marketing, lasting up to four weeks depending on the franchisee’s experience.
Subject-Specific Modules: Topics include leasing, administration, design and buildout, inventory, signage, personnel training, product preparation, customer service, marketing, and maintenance—with specific hours allocated to classroom and on-the-job training at franchisor and franchisee locations.
