Initial Training Program Franchisees, their owners, and key personnel must complete the Initial Training Program before opening, covering areas like marketing, sales, installation, safety, and operations, provided either at the headquarters, a designated facility, or remotely.
Replacement Personnel Training Any new or replacement managers, installers, or sales staff must complete the Initial Training Program or relevant portions, with associated training fees and expenses paid by the franchisee.
Third-Party Training Franchisees and managers must also attend specialized training conducted by approved suppliers to gain additional technical and operational knowledge.

If a franchisee fails to meet minimum productivity levels for three periods, the franchisor can reduce the territory or license other businesses there. The franchisor also retains the right to operate under different brands and channels, both inside and outside the territory.
