Training

SuperGreen Solutions provides a structured training program to its franchisees to ensure consistent standards and support in launching and operating the business. The training programs include:

  1. Online Training: Franchisees and their designated managers are required to complete approximately 24 hours of online training. This training must be finished at least one week prior to the start of any in-person or onsite sessions.
  2. Onsite Training: After completing the online training, an onsite training session is provided for about 30 to 40 hours, either at SuperGreen Solutions’ location or the franchisee’s location. This includes support from field operation/training and sales development representatives who will assist for at least 30 hours during the pre-opening phase.
  3. Employee Training: Employees of the franchisee can also be trained, at the franchisee's expense. A training fee of $300 per employee applies for both virtual and in-person sessions.
  4. Ongoing Support and Visits: SuperGreen Solutions conducts virtual or in-person follow-ups at least 12 times annually and offers assistance through periodic updates and guidance in business operations.

Territory Protection

SuperGreen Solutions provides territory protection to its franchisees through the assignment of an exclusive Designated Territory. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisor commits not to open or franchise any other SuperGreen Solutions business within that territory.

This exclusivity is maintained as long as the franchisee complies fully with the agreement and actively develops the area through ongoing marketing and sales efforts. Franchisees must operate solely within their Designated Territory and are prohibited from actively marketing to customers in the territories of other franchisees.

Although franchisees may use indirect channels like the internet or catalogues to reach broader audiences, they cannot target other designated territories directly.
