Training

The training programs provided by Spray Foam Genie Franchisor are comprehensive and cater to various aspects of franchise operation. These are:

1. Initial Training Program
   This program is mandatory for the franchisee and designated managers and includes training in customer service, operational management, financial management, technical skills, advertising, and marketing. It is conducted over up to 10 days, depending on the participant's experience. Travel, lodging, and other expenses are borne by the attendee.
2. On-Site Opening Assistance
   The Franchisor provides on-site training, supervision, and assistance for up to three days during the opening of the franchise. Additional days can be requested at an extra charge.
3. Ongoing Training
   Periodic training sessions for franchisees, managers, and staff are organized to ensure the continued adherence to franchise standards and to introduce updates to procedures or offerings.
4. Specialized Training
   Training programs for specific services or products, requiring additional certification, are conducted as needed and are at the franchisee's expense.
5. Refresher and Remedial Training
   These programs are offered to reinforce existing knowledge or address performance issues. While instructors and materials are provided, the franchisee may incur fees for such sessions.

Territory Protection

Spray Foam Genie provides franchisees with a protected territory outlined in the Franchise Agreement, ensuring no competing franchises or company-owned units operate within that area during the agreement's term. This exclusivity allows franchisees to focus on their designated market without direct competition from the brand.

Franchisees must conduct business within their territory unless they obtain prior written consent to operate outside it. This policy supports operational stability and market exclusivity while aligning with the franchise’s system standards.
