This includes classroom instruction, participation in actual operations, and training in sales, operations, and marketing. Completion to the franchisor’s satisfaction is mandatory before launching the business.
  2. On-Site Training
    Trainers may conduct On-Site Training in the franchisee’s operating territory. This session focuses on employee training, local marketing strategies, and operational execution.
  3. Annual Summit and Additional Training
    Attendance at the annual system-wide Summit is mandatory and typically spans three to four days. Additional training sessions may be offered based on performance or operational needs and may include refresher courses.

Territory Protection

Set The Stage provides franchisees with a protected territory known as an “Operating Territory.” This territory is determined based on factors like population density and market feasibility, typically requiring a base of approximately 250,000 people.

Franchisees are the only individuals authorized to operate under the Set The Stage system within their designated territory, and the franchisor commits not to establish or authorize any similar business within that area.

However, the protection has its limits. The franchisor retains the right to use the brand and market through alternative channels such as internet platforms and wholesale distribution, even within a franchisee’s territory.
