Training 

The initial training program is tailored for franchisees and their designated managers, comprising both classroom and hands-on training. The practical, on-the-job segment, known as the "Practical Teaching Application," generally spans 40 to 50 hours.

Training sessions are held at the corporate headquarters or other specified locations and may also be available remotely. The schedule may vary based on the availability of new franchisees.

Pure Barre Classic Training Program

Instructors at a franchisee's studio must complete the Pure Barre Classic Training Program before they begin teaching. This program encompasses the Pure Barre concept, class planning, teaching skills, basic anatomy, musicality, and choreography. A Training Fee may be applicable for this program.

Additional Instructor Training

Instructors must undergo additional training within 12 months of completing the Pure Barre Classic Training. This includes classes and instruction under the PURE EMPOWER™ and PURE REFORM™ marks. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring instructors participate in ongoing Subscription Instructor Training, which is available online.

Territory Protection

Pure Barre offers comprehensive territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring that each franchisee has a defined geographic area where no other Pure Barre franchises will be established. This protection is designed to safeguard the franchisee's business interests and market potential within their designated territory.

Territory protection typically includes:

• Exclusive Area: Franchisees are granted an exclusive area, ensuring that they are the sole Pure Barre studio within a specific radius. This exclusive territory helps franchisees build a loyal customer base without direct competition from other Pure Barre locations.
• Market Analysis: The franchise provides detailed market analysis to define the territory, taking into consideration population density, demographics, and market demand. This ensures that the territory is viable and has the potential for growth.
• Support and Resources: Franchisees receive ongoing support and resources to help them maximize their business potential within their protected territory. This includes marketing support, operational guidance, and access to proprietary systems and training programs.
• Expansion Opportunities: Franchisees with successful operations may have the opportunity to expand their protected territory or open additional locations within new territories, further increasing their market reach and profitability.
