Lyft 24 Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Lyft 24 is a 24-hour fitness center offering members convenient access to a variety of equipment, personal training, and group fitness classes, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Lyft24 is a forward-thinking fitness franchise that emphasizes strength training and recovery over traditional cardio workouts. Established in October 2022 and headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, Lyft24 began franchising in April 2023.

The franchise offers 24-hour access to specialized strength training facilities, catering to individuals seeking efficient and effective fitness solutions.

Unlike conventional gyms, Lyft24 eliminates cardio equipment, focusing instead on science-backed strength conditioning and recovery services such as saunas, ice baths, and red light therapy.

This unique approach addresses a gap in the fitness market, providing members with programs designed to improve muscle mass, bone density, and overall well-being. The franchise's commitment to quality is evident in its top-of-the-line equipment and expert coaching staff.

Training

The Lyft 24 franchise provides a structured and comprehensive training program aimed at preparing franchisees and their managers for successful operation. The training includes several mandatory and optional components:

  1. Initial Mandatory Training Program: This program must be completed to Lyft 24’s exclusive satisfaction prior to opening the franchise. It includes instruction on financial controls, marketing techniques, service methods, labor deployment, inventory control, and maintaining quality standards. The training occurs typically within 60 days before the franchise opens and is held on an as-needed basis depending on franchisee demand and trainer availability.
  2. Refresher Training and Seminars: Lyft 24 may offer or require attendance at ongoing training sessions such as refresher courses or seminars. These sessions aim to keep franchisees and their managers updated on operational standards and system enhancements.
  3. Remedial Training: If a franchisee breaches the agreement or fails to meet operational standards, Lyft 24 can mandate additional training. This training can occur at their headquarters or at the franchisee’s location and includes a reasonable training fee.

Territory Protection

Lyft 24 grants its franchisees a designated Franchise Territory, typically with a radius of 2 to 5 miles from the franchise premises. This territory is protected in that, as long as the franchisee is in compliance with the agreement, the franchisor will not establish or license another business using the same marks and system within that territory.

However, this protection is not absolute exclusivity, as the franchisor retains rights to use other marks and to market via alternative channels such as online platforms or limited-access venues like airports.

The franchisor also reserves the right to sell products through different distribution methods and to operate under different trademarks both inside and outside the Franchise Territory.
