RiseUp Fitness provides a well-structured training and support program to equip franchisees with the tools and knowledge required for success. Here are the main components of their training program:
Initial Training: Franchisees must attend and complete initial training conducted by RiseUp Fitness. This training is mandatory and assessed by the franchisor to determine satisfactory completion. It focuses on operational procedures and the franchise system.
Opening Support: A RiseUp Fitness trainer will provide four days of on-site training and support during the opening of the franchise. This helps ensure a smooth and standard-compliant launch. The duration may be reduced for experienced franchisees opening additional outlets.
Ongoing Training: Franchisees are required to attend mandatory additional training programs of up to four days annually, plus an annual business meeting or conference lasting up to three days.
