Training

Jungle Driving School provides a thorough and multi-tiered training program for franchisees and their teams to ensure effective business operations. The training includes both initial and ongoing components and is designed to uphold system-wide standards. The programs are as follows:

1. Initial Training Program: The franchisee and up to two designated attendees must attend the Initial Training Program, which must be completed to the franchisor’s satisfaction within 180 days of signing the agreement. The training tuition fee is $4,995 and includes lodging and some meals, but not travel or miscellaneous expenses. This training is held at the franchisor’s facility in Omaha, Nebraska, or another designated location.
2. Additional Attendees and Replacement Personnel: If more than two people or replacements need training, they may attend for an additional fee of $2,500 per person. Replacement personnel must complete the training within a specified timeframe or it constitutes a default of the agreement.
3. Employee and Manager Training: Franchisees must ensure all employees are properly trained before they undertake their duties. The Designated Manager must also complete the initial training program and be approved by the franchisor. Each franchise location must have at least one individual who has completed the program.

Territory Protection

Jungle Driving School provides each franchisee with a Protected Territory, typically defined by a population of approximately 10,000 people aged 13 to 18, depending on geographic and demographic factors. Within this area, no other Jungle Driving School franchise can be established, and no other party may operate under the same Proprietary Marks and System.

However, this territory is not exclusive, as the franchisor and its affiliates reserve certain rights to operate or authorize similar businesses through alternative channels.

The franchisor may still sell or distribute products and services via e-commerce, mail orders, or other methods within the Protected Territory, as long as those are not conducted from a physical Jungle Driving School location inside that area.
