Training

We Rock the Spectrum provides a structured Initial Training Program to franchisees to ensure consistent operations and brand standards. The training requirements and components are as follows:

  1. Initial Training Program: We Rock the Spectrum offers a required training program for new franchisees unless they or their affiliates already operate a WRTS Kid’s Gym at the time of signing the agreement. This training is intended to prepare franchisees for successful business operations.
  2. Training Costs and Attendance: Franchisees are responsible for all training-related expenses, including transportation, lodging, meals, and any applicable wages. The training is provided by the franchisor, but travel and accommodation are not covered.
  3. Manuals and Operational Guidelines: Franchisees are given access to detailed operational manuals upon signing the agreement. These manuals currently contain over 200 pages and cover standard procedures, policies, and compliance expectations that must be adhered to throughout the franchise term.

Territory Protection

We Rock the Spectrum provides franchisees with an “Exclusive Territory” during the term of the agreement, as long as the franchisee remains in good standing. Within this defined territory, the franchisor will not open, operate, or license another WRTS Kid’s Gym.

The territory is detailed in Exhibit A of the Franchise Agreement and is determined based on factors like demographics, population, and traffic patterns.

However, this exclusivity is not absolute. The franchisor retains the right to conduct business through alternative channels and does not grant rights for neighboring or additional territories unless applied for separately.

Franchisees are also restricted from soliciting or operating outside their designated territory, and competition from other franchisees may exist just beyond the protected boundaries.
