Remote Instruction: Parts of the training may be conducted online using learning management systems, allowing the franchisor to monitor participation and completion.
Discretionary On-Site Assistance: Around the time of business launch, the franchisor may send representatives for 1–2 days to provide setup assistance or refresher training, depending on their discretion.

Territory Protection

Hydrogen Fitness offers a form of territory protection to its franchisees through the designation of a “Designated Territory.” As long as the franchisee remains in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, the franchisor agrees not to establish or license another Hydrogen Fitness location within that defined territory.
