FIRE Fitness Camp Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

FIRE Fitness Camp is a fitness franchise providing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, promoting strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive group environment.

FIRE Fitness Camp is a boot-camp style fitness franchise founded in 2014, based in Plover, Wisconsin. The first studio opened there in 2014, and the brand’s corporate headquarters remains in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

It launched its franchise system in early 2019 under the legal entity FIRE Fitness Affiliation, LLC. FIRE offers 30-minute, high-intensity group personal training sessions focused on functional, resistance, and cardio exercises.

Its trademarked Marvelous Motivation system and certified COFE coaches deliver structured circuits, supersets, compound movements, and real-time heart-rate tracking via MyZone.

FIRE differentiates itself with efficient 30-minute workouts, a proprietary motivation system, and a premium customer experience—helping it grow to over 20 locations and become Wisconsin’s fastest-growing boot-camp franchise.

Training

FIRE Fitness Camp delivers a comprehensive, structured training program to equip franchisees and their teams for successful operation:

  1. Initial Training Program: This includes online modules hosted on the FIRE Fitness Franchise site, content in the Brand Standards Manual, and scheduled webinars with the Coaching Team. The program is mandatory for General Fitness Managers, Fitness Trainers, and Principal Equity Owners, and must be completed before the business opens.
  2. Sales and Coach Training: At least one Principal Equity Owner must attend both Sales and Coach Training sessions. The franchise waives the fee for the initial two attendees in each session but charges additional fees for extra participants.
  3. Certification of FIRE Education (C.O.F.E.): Any new trainers or fitness staff must complete this certification before conducting sessions. It ensures consistency in delivery across all franchise locations.
  4. Post-Opening Training and Support: Franchisees receive ongoing access to phone and email assistance and may request additional visits from the franchisor’s team. Follow-up training programs, conferences, or seminars may be required, with additional daily fees applied.

Territory Protection

FIRE Fitness provides franchisees with a Protected Territory, which is mutually defined during the site selection process and documented in the Franchise Agreement. This territory is typically based on demographic research and may include anything from a street address to a zip code or broader area, depending on location density.

While franchisees are granted protection from other FIRE Fitness Camps being established within their territory, this does not equate to an exclusive territory. Franchisees are restricted from marketing or conducting business within another franchisee’s Protected Territory without permission.
