Elmer's Breakfast Lunch Dinner Egg N' Joe Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Elmer's Breakfast Lunch Dinner/Egg N' Joe is a family-friendly restaurant franchise that offers a diverse menu featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, providing a casual dining experience with a wide range of comfort food choices.

Egg N' Joe is a breakfast and lunch restaurant chain that brings the best of the beloved Elmer’s brand into a streamlined, in-line space with a patio and a focus on morning and midday dining. Introduced in 2016 with the opening of its first location in Scottsdale, Arizona, the concept was designed to offer a convenient yet high-quality dining experience.

Egg N' Joe is part of the Elmer's Restaurants, Inc. family, which traces its roots back to 1960 when Walt and Dorothy Elmer opened the original Elmer's restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Today, the company is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington.

The Egg N' Joe brand began franchising in 2018 through We Are Crackin', LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Elmer's Restaurants, Inc. Franchisees operate from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, offering a carefully curated menu that includes classic breakfast fare like pancakes, waffles, omelets, and crepes, as well as lunch favorites such as salads, burgers, and sandwiches.

What sets Egg N' Joe apart from other breakfast and lunch establishments is its commitment to quality ingredients, scratch-made entrees, and genuine hospitality. The brand’s mission, “Delight Our Guests,” is reflected in every interaction, with a focus on creating a welcoming, community-oriented environment.
