The X-Golf franchise provides the following training programs to franchisees:

  1. Pre-Opening Training
X-Golf offers a standard pre-opening training program to the Principal Executive and up to two other employees. This program is conducted at X-Golf’s headquarters or a designated X-Golf business. While the training itself is free, the franchisee bears all travel, lodging, and meal expenses. The length and content may vary based on attendees' experience and skills.
  2. New Franchisee Training
The Principal Executive and the designated manager must complete a training program to X-Golf’s satisfaction at least four weeks before opening. This includes sales training by a third-party vendor, which is at the franchisee's expense.
  3. Customized Sales Coaching Program
A specialized training program is provided through a third-party vendor, focusing on sales and revenue growth. This includes 24 weeks of one-hour weekly training calls, daily lesson videos, webinars, and customized coaching. This program costs $2,500 and starts before the business opens.
  4. General Manager Training
The franchise requires employing a full-time general manager who has completed the training program. Training a new general manager costs $3,500.

Territory Protection

However, X-Golf may sell within the territory via online or direct marketing without compensating the franchisee. This exclusivity is not contingent on sales or market performance, ensuring consistent protection.
