Voda offers a comprehensive suite of services, including carpet and floor cleaning, water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, storm damage restoration, mold remediation, and odor removal.

This dual-service model provides franchisees with multiple revenue streams, catering to both residential and commercial clients.

Training

Voda Cleaning & Restoration provides a detailed training framework to prepare franchisees for operating their business effectively. Here are the training programs outlined by the franchisor:

  1. Initial Training Program: This is mandatory for the Operating Principal and one additional person. It includes approximately 8 hours of classroom instruction, covering topics such as daily operations, expectations, and system procedures. The program must be successfully completed before the franchise opens.
  2. Ongoing Training and Support: After launching operations, Voda may offer additional training and support through on-site visits, off-site sessions, or electronic communication. While this ongoing support is optional and subject to staff availability, franchisees may be charged $350 per session, plus travel and lodging costs, if the training occurs at their location or headquarters.
  3. Training for Replacements or Additional Personnel: If a new Operating Principal is appointed after operations begin, they must also attend and complete the Initial Training Program, incurring a fee of $350 per session. Any additional trainees also incur the same costs, with franchisees covering all related travel and living expenses.

Territory Protection

Voda Cleaning & Restoration provides franchisees with a defined Franchise Territory, where they are permitted to operate their business and serve customers. Within this territory, Voda agrees not to establish or authorize another franchisee, provided the agreement remains in force and the franchisee is not in default.

Franchisees may serve customers located up to 25 miles outside their territory, but only with prior written consent and as long as it doesn’t infringe on another franchisee’s area.

However, this territory is not exclusive in a broader sense. Voda and its affiliates retain the right to sell products and services, including through online platforms, and to operate or authorize other similar or different businesses under different names both inside and outside of the franchise territory.
