Pre-Training Program Franchisees must first complete a mandatory 40-hour online Pre-Training program covering business setup, marketing, sales, operations, accounting, and job management systems. This on-demand training must be completed before attending Initial Training.
Initial Training Program The two-week Initial Training includes technical instruction on cabinet repair, installation, safety, materials, and equipment use. It is conducted at the franchisor’s training center in Memphis, Tennessee, and covers three individuals under the initial franchise fee. Additional trainees may attend on a space-available basis for $1,000 per person per week.
Annual and Recurring Training Requirements Each calendar year, franchisees and any personnel providing Franchised Services must complete an updated training course for each authorized service. This can be done by attending an authorized training session or participating in the annual convention.
Territory Protection
Renew Medic grants each franchisee a designated territory that typically includes between approximately 125,000 to 250,000 single-family households or a population exceeding 500,000 people.
While franchisees are allowed to operate and solicit business only within their territory, they are not granted exclusive rights. The franchisor retains the ability to operate or authorize other franchises and distribution channels both within and outside of a franchisee's territory.
Although Renew Medic allows franchisees to respond to service requests initiated by insurance carriers, customers, or referral sources outside their assigned territory, they are explicitly prohibited from using marketing channels to actively solicit outside their area.
