Training

1. Initial Franchise Training Program: This is mandatory for the franchisee and at least one designated General Manager. It typically includes up to five days of in-person instruction in Denver, Colorado (or another designated location), and may also involve a required water damage remediation and restoration certification. Up to two individuals can attend without paying tuition, but travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the franchisee.
2. Online Training Requirement: Before attending the in-person training, franchisees or their General Managers must complete up to two days of online training, which includes at least eight hours of instruction.
3. Replacement and Additional Training: The franchisor offers training for new or replacement General Managers and employees, though this requires the payment of a training fee and is subject to space availability.

Territory Protection

True North Restoration grants its franchisees a designated Territory where, under its Territory Policy, the franchisor agrees not to establish or franchise another business.

However, this Territory is not exclusive, meaning franchisees may still encounter competition from other franchisees, company-owned units, or other distribution channels operated by the franchisor.

While referral sources can be contacted and advertising may occur within the Territory, any marketing or service provision beyond that area requires prior written approval.
