Up to two individuals can attend without paying tuition, but travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the franchisee.
Online Training Requirement: Before attending the in-person training, franchisees or their General Managers must complete up to two days of online training, which includes at least eight hours of instruction.
Replacement and Additional Training: The franchisor offers training for new or replacement General Managers and employees, though this requires the payment of a training fee and is subject to space availability.

Territory Protection

True North Restoration grants its franchisees a designated Territory where, under its Territory Policy, the franchisor agrees not to establish or franchise another business.
