Training

Rytech Restoration provides several types of training programs to its franchisees, designed to prepare owners and their employees to operate the franchised business successfully:

  1. Initial Franchise Management Training Program
Before opening, Rytech requires franchisees and one approved employee to attend and complete the initial management training program. This training, held at headquarters in Kennesaw, Georgia or another designated location, can last up to 10 business days and includes classroom instruction, on-the-job training, use of a manual, and other preparatory work. Trainees must cover all travel, lodging, meals, and related expenses.
  2. Specific Subject Training
The initial training includes detailed modules on:
    • Office Procedures (2-6 hours classroom; 2-8 hours on-the-job)
    • Administration (24-48 hours classroom)
    • Job Scope Utilizing MICA (1-2 hours classroom; 32-40 hours on-the-job)
    • Marketing/Sales (8-12 hours classroom)
    • Water Damage Production using MICA (16-24 hours classroom; 24-32 hours on-the-job)
    • Mold Remediation Production using MICA (8 hours classroom; 8 hours on-the-job)

Territory Protection

Rytech Restoration offers a form of territory protection to its franchisees, but it is not an exclusive arrangement. Franchisees are granted a protected territory defined by specific zip codes and generally encompassing a minimum population of approximately 400,000.

However, the franchisee must remain in good standing to retain the protection, and Rytech reserves rights to make adjustments if necessary.

While Rytech promises not to place other Rytech offices or franchisees within a protected territory under the same brand, it reserves the right to service accounts via alternative distribution channels like the internet or through company-owned units offering different services or brands.
