  1. Initial Training Program
    The Bagel Nook provides initial training for the franchisee and up to two additional individuals at its location or another designated site. The Franchisor determines whether training has been satisfactorily completed. This program is mandatory and must be completed before opening the business.
  2. On-Site Opening Support
    A trainer from The Bagel Nook is sent to the franchisee’s location to provide on-site training, supervision, and assistance for up to one week during the opening phase. This support ensures the smooth implementation of operational procedures.
  3. Operations Manual and Learning Modules
    The Franchisor loans franchisees the Bagel Nook Operations Manual and access to online learning tools. These resources cover operational standards, required hours of operation, and ongoing business guidance.
  4. Post-Opening Ongoing Training
    The Bagel Nook may offer mandatory or optional additional training programs after opening. Franchisees may also be required to attend an annual business meeting or franchisee conference, which may last up to five days.
