Training

Bang Cookies provides a comprehensive set of training programs to ensure its franchisees operate effectively and in line with brand standards:

  1. Initial Training Program: The Managing Owner and one designated manager must attend and successfully complete an initial training program within 45 days before the business start date. The program includes classroom and on-the-job instruction and may be held in-person or online. If more than two people attend, an additional fee of $300 per person applies.
  2. Ongoing Employee Training: Franchisees are responsible for training their employees in accordance with Bang Cookies' standards. This ongoing training must reflect the franchisor's specifications and is structured in phases as determined by the franchisor.
  3. Refresher and System-Wide Training: The franchisor may require the Managing Owner and Manager to attend refresher courses or system-wide training sessions. These may include additional programs or seminars, with the franchisee responsible for related costs including travel and accommodation.

Territory Protection

Bang Cookies provides franchisees with a “Designated Territory” upon approval of their shop location. This area is typically defined as a three-mile radius around the shop, although this can vary based on population density and local demographics.

Within this designated territory, the franchisor agrees not to establish or allow another Bang Cookies franchise to operate, as long as the franchisee remains in good standing with the agreement.

However, Bang Cookies does not grant exclusive territory rights in the broader sense. The franchisor reserves the right to operate or authorize operations under other brands or distribution channels, including online sales and wholesale outlets, even within a franchisee's territory.
