Territory Protection

Sparkle Squad grants franchisees a defined Territory with at least 35,000 single-family homes, but it is not exclusive. While no other franchise will be placed in the same area, franchisees may still face competition from company-owned outlets or other brands under different trademarks.

The franchisor retains the right to operate or authorize similar businesses under different names, or sell services through other channels, including online, both inside and outside the Territory. Franchisees must operate only within their Territory and pay an extra 15% royalty on any business conducted outside of it.
