1. Initial System Training

2. Operational Guidance
   Franchisees receive ongoing guidance through access to an Operating Manual, which includes mandatory and suggested practices for managing the business. Additional presentation materials may be available through an online learning management system.
3. Ongoing Support and Supplier Coordination

Territory Protection
