Training

Snap Fitness provides a mandatory initial training program for at least two members of the franchisee's team, including the general manager. This program, essential for running a Snap Fitness franchise, spans three days and must be completed to the franchisor's satisfaction. The training covers a range of crucial topics:

  • Individual Marketing and Brand Strategy: 4 hours of classroom instruction
  • Sales Process Application: Detailed training on effective sales techniques
  • Operations: Comprehensive coverage of business planning, leadership, staffing, onboarding, membership sales, systems, personal training, and more

Additionally, the program includes competitive marketplace analysis, lead generation and marketing processes, sales techniques, personal training, club culture development, member retention strategies, and software training.

Territory Protection

Snap Fitness offers some level of territorial protection to its franchisees; however, it is not absolute. There are notable exceptions that permit the franchisor and its affiliates to operate within the franchisee's Designated Area under specific conditions.

This means that while franchisees have certain exclusive rights within their designated territory, the franchisor retains the flexibility to pursue additional business opportunities that may overlap with the franchisee's area.

Franchisees should carefully review the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement to fully understand the scope and limitations of their territorial rights.
