Training

Territory Protection

MasterTech grants each franchisee a designated operating territory in which they are authorized to operate their franchise. This territory is selected by the franchisee and must be approved by the franchisor at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement.

The Administrative Office of the franchisee must be located within this approved territory. While franchisees receive the right to operate exclusively within their designated territory, the documents do not explicitly promise that no other franchises or company operations will be allowed in the same area.
