Pre-Opening Training Program: MasterTech requires that franchisees and one designated manager attend a pre-opening training program at no tuition cost. The training spans 33 to 41 hours over three to four days and takes place in Morris County, New Jersey. Travel, lodging, and meal expenses are the responsibility of the attendees.
