  1. Initial Management Training Program

It costs $1,500 per person, covering training materials and up to three days of on-site instruction. Attendance is required before opening the franchised business, and successful completion is determined solely by the franchisor.
  2. Additional and Remedial Training
    The franchisor may require annual refresher training or attendance at a national business meeting or convention, up to five days per year. These are considered mandatory, and missing them constitutes a default. Franchisees are responsible for all related costs, including fees ranging from $500 to $5,000, travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
  3. In-Territory Remedial Training
    Upon request or if deemed appropriate by the franchisor, trained representatives may provide phone or screen-share support. On-site in-territory training incurs a per diem fee plus travel, lodging, and meal costs.

Territory Protection

Pink’s Window Services grants franchisees exclusive operational rights within a defined territory, preventing other franchisees from opening locations there, provided performance standards are met. This territory is documented in the franchise agreement.

However, the franchisor retains the right to sell services in that territory through alternate channels like online platforms, co-branding, and direct sales to commercial accounts. These activities do not entitle the franchisee to compensation.
