Nothing Bundt Cakes Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Bakery franchise known for its handcrafted bundt cakes in a variety of flavors, sizes, and designs, providing delicious and visually appealing cakes for special occasions and everyday indulgence.

Nothing Bundt Cakes, a prominent franchise known for its gourmet Bundt cakes, was established in 1997 by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz. The concept originated in their home kitchens in Las Vegas, driven by their passion for baking delicious cakes to delight friends and family. This passion project soon blossomed into a thriving business, with the franchise eventually setting up its headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

This franchise distinguishes itself in the market by offering a unique selection of handcrafted Bundt cakes in various flavors and sizes to suit different occasions and tastes. Their product range includes individual-sized "Bundtlets," larger 8" and 10" cakes, and even tiered cakes for special events.

In May 2021, Roark Capital, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, acquired Nothing Bundt Cakes, ushering in a new era for the franchise. This partnership is expected to enhance support for franchise owners and promote further expansion, while continuing the brand's mission of delivering joy-filled experiences to its customers.
