Training

Pre-Training: Franchisees kick off their training with a two-week online pre-training course through Moran University. This flexible online module allows participants to familiarize themselves with the fundamentals at their own pace and convenience, ensuring they are well-prepared for the subsequent in-depth training.

Classroom Training: After completing the online pre-training, franchisees participate in a one-week classroom training session. This takes place at Mr. Transmission's support center in Orland Park, Illinois, or another designated venue. The classroom training covers various critical aspects of the business, including leadership, management, marketing, and operational procedures.

In-Center "Field" Training: To provide practical, hands-on experience, franchisees undergo a one-week in-center "field" training program. This is conducted at an operational Mr. Transmission Service Center, offering real-world insights and skills.

Territory Protection

Franchisees are authorized to operate a Center at a designated location. For those managing a Mr. Transmission Center, Milex Center, or Co-Branded Center, no other such center will be established within a 3-mile radius of their Center.

However, franchisees do not receive exclusive territory rights. This means they might encounter competition from other franchisees, franchisor-owned outlets, or other distribution channels or competitive brands under the franchisor's control.

The franchisor reserves the right to convert any existing automotive repair facility into a Center, even within the same city as the franchisee's Center, provided demographic support justifies the conversion.
