Bosch Auto Service provides a comprehensive training structure to ensure franchisees and their teams are fully equipped to operate under the brand’s standards. The franchisor’s training programs include the following:
Initial Management Training Program: Mandatory for the Managing Owner and General Manager, this program includes remote learning, hands-on sessions at the shop, and self-study components. It must be completed to the franchisor’s satisfaction before the shop launch.
Initial Shop Operations Training Program: This covers non-technical training on System Standards and shop management tools. Required attendees include the General Manager and other designated personnel, and it must be completed prior to the launch date.
Initial Technical Training: All technicians and designated individuals must complete training from BAWS-approved suppliers. This training is required to ensure compliance with system standards and legal certification requirements.
Remedial and Successor Training: Any new or replacement personnel must complete the required training within 30 days of employment. If trainees fail to meet standards, additional training may be required at the franchisee’s expense.
Territory Protection
