Initial Training Program: Up to 30 days of comprehensive instruction that covers customer sales, service techniques, and diagnostic auto repair and maintenance business operations, including proprietary trade secrets.

Additional Assistance: Available upon request after the initial training to address specific operational needs.

Ongoing Support: Includes regular franchisor visits for assistance and compliance audits to ensure franchise operations meet standards.

Refresher Courses and Seminars: Periodic updates and additional training sessions are offered to keep franchisees up-to-date with the latest practices and technologies.

Employee Training Responsibility: Franchise owners are responsible for training their employees and managing day-to-day operations effectively.

Pre-Training Preparation: Franchisees must complete assigned pre-training materials before attending the initial training program.

Comprehensive Training Areas: The program encompasses both classroom and on-the-job training, covering various operational aspects such as the Auto-Lab Business Management System and overall business administration.

Territory Protection

The franchisor provides franchisees with territory protection within their assigned Designated Area, ensuring a degree of exclusivity. However, this protection is balanced by the franchisor’s right to operate other non-competing businesses in the same area and to manage national, regional, and institutional accounts within the franchisee’s territory.

Furthermore, franchisees must adhere to a non-competition clause, which prohibits them from engaging in competing business activities within their territory. This clause is designed to protect the franchisor’s interests and maintain brand integrity.
