ABRA Franchisor SPV LLC grants franchisees a "Protected Area," generally extending a one-mile radius from their Repair Center. However, this does not guarantee an exclusive territory.
Within this area, franchisees might encounter competition from other ABRA franchises, company-owned centers, or different distribution channels managed by ABRA. The franchisor and its affiliates maintain the right to advertise and provide services to customers within the Protected Area.
