Training

Initial Training Program
The initial training program is mandatory for both franchisees and their employees, covering essential topics for operating a MADabolic franchise. Franchisees are responsible for all training-related expenses, including wages, travel, and living costs. In the event of a franchise transfer, the new franchisee may incur the current initial training fee for each owner and employee attending the program.

Additional Training and Assistance
MADabolic offers additional training and assistance upon request, either at their headquarters or at the franchisee's location. This training can cover a variety of topics such as customer service, utilization of approved training programs, workout and exercise techniques, safety protocols, sanitation, cleanliness, and inventory management.

Mystery Shopper and Quality Assurance Program
To maintain high standards and quality, MADabolic may implement a mystery shopper or quality assurance program. Franchisees may be billed directly by the mystery shopper or quality assurance firm for their services. Alternatively, if MADabolic is invoiced, all franchisees will be required to pay their proportional share of the total fee.

Territory Protection

MADabolic provides certain territorial protections to its franchisees, offering them a degree of security and exclusivity within their designated area. Franchisees are granted a specific territory, defined by geographical boundaries, where they have exclusive rights to operate their MADabolic studio.

This ensures that no other MADabolic franchisee can establish a location within that defined area, allowing franchisees to develop their business without the concern of direct competition from another MADabolic franchise nearby.

This territorial protection is designed to foster a stable and supportive business environment, helping franchisees to focus on building their customer base and enhancing their services.
