Life Saver Pool Fence (LSPF) offers a comprehensive training framework to prepare franchisees and their teams for successful business operations. The training structure includes the following programs:
Initial Training Program Franchisees and their managers must complete a 6-day Initial Training Program that includes business and installer training segments. Topics covered include marketing, sales techniques, service procedures, and business operations. There is no fee for the training itself, but all travel, lodging, and meal costs are the franchisee’s responsibility.
Additional or Refresher Training LSPF may offer additional or refresher training periodically. Franchisees are responsible for all costs related to participation, including any applicable daily fees ($400 per person) and expenses such as travel, meals, and lodging.
