Territory Protection

If a franchisee’s market share within their Territory drops below 70% of the average for comparable franchises after four years, the franchisor may reduce the size of the Territory. However, ecomaids does not offer an exclusive territory in the strict sense.
Franchisees may face competition from other franchisees, corporate-owned units, or competitive businesses operated by the franchisor under different trademarks. Additionally, the franchisor reserves broad rights to market through alternative channels such as online platforms or direct marketing within and beyond the Territory.
