Before the franchise opens, DELISH DELIVERED provides a five-day training program for up to three individuals. This covers the operation of the business, with attendance and successful completion being mandatory for the franchisee, their manager, and kitchen manager.
  2. On-Site Opening Support
Within 30 days of launching the franchise, the company provides up to two days of on-site supervision and assistance at the franchise location to support initial operations.
  3. Ongoing Advisory Support
Franchisees have access to continuing advisory services via phone or digital means, including operational guidance and system updates.
  4. Refresher Training
Franchisees may be required to attend up to four days per year of refresher training in operations and marketing. This training may coincide with a required annual business meeting or convention.

Territory Protection

DELISH DELIVERED provides limited territory protection to its franchisees. Once the franchised location and lease are approved, the franchisor assigns a “Protected Area” typically encompassing approximately 50,000 people or a radius (such as three miles in suburban zones).

Within this Protected Area, Delish Delivered agrees not to authorize other franchisees to provide delivery services to customers. However, the franchise does not offer exclusive territorial rights.

Franchisees may still face competition from other units using different brands owned by the franchisor or from online and alternative distribution channels. Moreover, in urban locations with a population over one million, the franchisor may not assign any Protected Area at all.
