Taim Mediterranean Kitchen is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant franchise focused on fresh, flavorful, and health-forward cuisine. The brand was founded in 2005 in New York City’s West Village, where its original falafel shop quickly gained a loyal following for authentic Israeli-inspired street food.
The name “Taim” means tasty in Hebrew, reflecting the brand’s emphasis on bold flavors and high-quality ingredients prepared daily.
Taim Mediterranean Kitchen is now part of Craveworthy Brands, which supports the concept’s franchise growth and operations. The brand officially began franchising in 2025, offering entrepreneurs a structured entry into the fast-casual Mediterranean segment.
The menu features customizable bowls, pitas, salads, and Mediterranean plates made with fresh vegetables, house-made falafel, hummus, and proprietary spice blends. Taim emphasizes scratch cooking with no freezers or microwaves, catering to modern consumer demand for transparency and healthier dining. The concept also appeals to a broad customer base with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal-friendly options.

Up to three participants may attend at no cost, with a fee of $1,000 per person for additional attendees, plus all travel and lodging expenses.
