Combo Brands Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Combo Brands enables entrepreneurs to operate multiple brands within one franchise system, optimizing efficiency and market reach.

Combo Brands, established in 2022 by franchising expert Hossein Kasmai, is headquartered in Miami, Florida. Building on the success of Combo Kitchen, launched in 2020, Combo Brands introduced a unique model that enables entrepreneurs to operate multiple complementary businesses under one roof.

This approach streamlines operations by sharing resources such as rent, payroll, and equipment, reducing overhead costs. The franchise offers a wide array of services across several industries, including beauty, wellness, children’s services, home services, and food and beverage.

Franchisees can combine services like waxing, massage, and eyelash extensions, or operate multiple restaurant brands from a single kitchen. This creates multiple revenue streams while enhancing customer convenience through a one-stop-shop experience.

Combo Brands began franchising in 2022 and has rapidly expanded, with over 127 units opened by 2024. With a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and innovation, Combo Brands continues to attract forward-thinking entrepreneurs.

Training

Combo Brands provides a comprehensive training program designed to prepare franchisees for successful operations. The training covers both company-specific processes and brand-specific requirements and must be completed before the grand opening.

  1. Initial Training Program: Combo Brands offers an initial training program for the Operating Principal and manager (if applicable), along with up to two additional staff members. This training takes place partly at Combo Brands’ headquarters in Miami, Florida and partly at the designated locations of the approved brands chosen by the franchisee. Training must be completed 15 to 60 days before opening and is required for both original and replacement managers.
  2. Training by Approved Brands: Each approved brand selected by the franchisee provides its own portion of the training, which must be completed prior to the grand opening. This includes hands-on, visual, and observational instruction, and is conducted either at the brand’s chosen location or at the franchisee’s site.
  3. Ongoing and Replacement Training: Combo Brands may offer optional or mandatory continuing education and training throughout the life of the franchise. Replacement managers are also required to undergo the same initial training program, which may involve a fee and travel-related costs.

Territory Protection

Combo Brands provides a defined territory to each franchisee, typically the lesser of a 2-mile radius or an area with a population of 30,000 people, centered around the approved location. Within this territory, the franchisor agrees not to establish or license another Combo Brands business offering the same Approved Brands.

However, the franchisor may still place other Combo Brands units with different Approved Brands within the same area. This territory protection is subject to specific conditions and limitations.

Combo Brands retains the right to advertise and distribute products within the territory through other channels such as online sales, direct mail, or at temporary venues like trade shows. The franchisor can also modify territory boundaries during renewal or transfer and does not restrict third-party Approved Brands from independently operating in the franchisee’s territory.
