Care with Love Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Care with Love is a home-care services franchise offering in-home care, companionship and assistance for seniors and families, serving aging-population clients, and known for personalised caregiver matching, strong training and community orientation.

Care With Love is a U.S.-based in-home senior care franchise founded in 2014. The brand was created in Fairfax, Virginia, by Nefr and Wessam Michaels, who built the company around compassion, family values, and dependable support for aging adults. The company is headquartered in Virginia and continues to expand its footprint across the country.

The brand began as a local care provider before launching its franchising program in 2022.

This includes initial instruction, ongoing education, and optional or remedial training, depending on performance and operational needs.

  1. Initial Training: The franchisor offers a pre-opening Initial Training Program for the designated Operations Manager and one additional person. The franchisee bears all associated costs, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
  2. Ongoing Employee Training: Franchisees must implement and maintain an internal training program for employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable state laws and certifications. Continuing education is required, and any training by the franchisor is subject to availability.
  3. Additional or Supplemental Training: The franchisor may require or offer additional training, such as at conferences or conventions. These may involve fees and attendance requirements, and the franchisee must cover all related expenses.
  4. Remedial Training: If a franchisee fails to meet performance standards, the franchisor may mandate additional training at a cost of $500 per person per day, plus travel and out-of-pocket expenses.
  5. Training for Transfers or Replacements: If there is a change in the Operations Manager or business ownership, new personnel must complete the required training to the franchisor’s satisfaction.

The franchisor agrees not to establish or license another Care With Love-branded business within this territory for the duration of the franchise term, as long as the franchisee remains in compliance. These rights are secure unless the franchisee breaches the agreement, and may be revised upon renewal.

However, the franchisee does not receive exclusive rights to the territory. The franchisor may still engage in national account servicing, online sales, and other distribution channels that operate within the franchisee’s territory.
