Bumble Bee Blinds provides the following types of training programs for franchisees:

  1. Initial Training Program
    This program is mandatory for franchisees and their designated trainees before starting the business. It includes sessions on brand overview, marketing, operations software, and daily office and business management. It is conducted at the franchisor's facility or other designated locations and may also be offered virtually.
  2. Training for Additional Employees
    Franchisees can include more than two attendees for training upon approval and availability, paying additional fees per attendee.
  3. Replacement Personnel Training
    In cases where initial participants fail to complete the training, replacements can attend future sessions. Additional fees apply for these attendees.

Territory Protection

Bumble Bee Blinds provides its franchisees with a designated "Protected Territory," within which the franchisor agrees not to license or establish another franchise utilizing the same brand and system.

This exclusivity is maintained as long as the franchisee adheres to the terms of the franchise agreement. However, the franchise agreement specifies that operations outside the protected area require prior written approval from the franchisor.
